Material:
Black Pomfret-1 Strips (Broach Edge)
Beancurd shreds-a little (pounded and fried)

Garlic-2 slices

Plum sauce:

Thai sauce-3 tablespoons
Water-3 tablespoons
Lime juice-5 tablespoons
White sugar-1 tbsp
Salt-a pinch

practice:
1. Remove the black pomfret, wash it, pull it from the side, pat the meat, fry it, fry it, crispy, and place it on a plate for later use.
