Kung Pao Fried Small Octopus

Food ingredient:
1 pack of small octopus
1 piece of old ginger
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 purple onion
2 stalks shallots
5 cloves garlic slices
fried kidney beans
10 dried chillies

seasoning:
Kung Pao Sauce 1 pack
Peppercorns half a tablespoon
Douban paste half tablespoon
Potato flour amount
MSG a little
a little sesame oil

Cooking Tips:
1. After defrosting the small octopus, clean it with all the vegetables and cut it for later use.
