"Fried Black Pomfret with Dried Dried Vegetables and Shrimp"

Food ingredient:
1 black pomfret
Smoked duck meat half
2 stalks chopped green onion
2 small peppers
3 tbsp chopped dried shrimp
80g chopped dried cabbage
1 large onion
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 red pepper

seasoning:
Appropriate amount of water
3 tbsp sesame oil
oyster sauce half tablespoon
a little flavor powder
Chicken powder a little
a little sugar
Half tablespoon of soy sauce
a little pepper

Cooking Tips:
1. De-ice the black pomfret, clean it and cut it for later use. Clean the vegetables and cut them into coarse velvet for later use.

2.
